Applebee`s in Lakeland

waitress was nice. drinks HORRIBLE very watered down. and apparently they no longer offer wonton tacos which is extremely heartbreaking.

Awful. Ordered from them through uber eats for my family, not only did they cover all the food with thin aluminum foil which squished and melted food to the foil. They forgot part of my order and my child’s chicken tender meal was COVERED in salt and pepper that my child couldn’t even eat it because the pepper was too much and the fries were underdone and soggy. The chicken parm tasted bad and the cheese had melted to the foil so it was basically just breaded chicken and marinara sauce. Poor service. Poor quality.

It was a very good experience. 1. Good food...acceptable portion sizes. .2. Very good environment. ...3. Very food service and attention...Aaaaaand AFFORDABLE prices.

My partner and I went to Applebee’s tonight because he was given $20 in gift cards. We arrived as they were just filled up but there was space outside. This is where it went wrong. Instead of having a designated waiter/waitress they pulled from inside. It took a long time for our waiter to get to us, and he was clearly uninterested in tending to us. The boneless wings were dry and ranch was all over them. The wonton chicken tacos and pretzels were good. The steak was overcooked and swimming in liquid. The “mac n cheese” was definitely not mac n cheese. The experience took longer than expected so we only took a few bites of the entrees before we had to get them to go and leave. Turns out the gift cards weren’t working on their system they still gave us the value though but it took a long time to get it resolved. Overall a poor experience. We don’t intend on going back but it could have just been one bad night

Good food, but air-conditioning is always too cold.

Good and friendly service. Celebrated a crazy week. Had my favorite soup the perfect way. So important to me. Other places don't get it right and u did. It was so good and just perfect! Then we both had Salmon with really fresh tasting broccoli and baked potatoes. It was a nice meal to celebrate with! 10 out of 10 will come back. I will dream about that crunchy top on that french onion soup..OMG!

Worst food i ever ordered. I ordered a the Prine Rib Dipper with Fries and a Ceasars Salad. The fries looked like they were 6 months old and were cold. The sandwixh looked it was a make it yourself sandwich and the bread was falling apart and couldn't even pick up the sandwich. I called the store and was told they wouldn't pick it back up and I could not get my money back. Andy said, I am the manager here tonight and all I can do is send you email address the corporate and they will send you a coupon. I sont want a coupon, I will never eat there again. Shame on them for such poor customer service. They've lost this customer forever.

The food was all mixed together and they forgot my salad 😭

We were visiting Lakland for the first time and was glad this location closes late. We arrived at this location after 9:30 pm and were seated quickly. The server was friendly & got all of our orders correct. Either I was very hungry or my meal was indeed delicious.

Great service, same great food quality,as you always expect. And the least intrusive corona service requirements. But the server always had mask and sanitized tables between each guest.

The place has an old smell when you first walk in which is not very attractive. But the wait staff was pretty courteous and the food was good. Had one of their new skillets it was very tasty.

Service was great, drinks were good. Oriental chicken salad was a 4 out of 5. I subsumed shrimp on mine. Kiosk on table didn’t work. We will return

Very clean and welcoming! Had a great time after only waiting 10 minutes while they cleaned the entire restaurant after handling a large (30+) group of people on a Saturday night! Definitely recommend this Applebees!! We enjoyed our 1 year anniversary!

Always good food and cold beer! Great atmosphere to just chill out and relax!

Packed... Got seated right away. Food and drinks were awesome. Atmosphere was great, waitress Jessica checked on us in a timely manner. Over all wonderful place and would recommend to all of my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed both our dinners and our service. Prices are reasonable for a quality and quick meal. Our waiter was helpful and friendly. Parking is available.

Good food, pleasant atmosphere. Server was polite and area was clean. No waiting. Happy hour was a bonus. Will definitely return again.

Wife and I had the irresist-A-bowls. very good a little spicy for me. Wife actually added some sweet Asian sauce to hers that made it even more spicy. price if $7.99 was a great value.

Very busy and short staffed on the night of our visit. Good food as usual and great adult beverages. We had the 2 meals for $25. I had the Steak and baked potato with broccoli and my spouse had Lime shrimp and chicken with mashed potato. Steak was supposed to be medium but was well done. This would have been 4 stars if not for that!

The service was okay, however I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the salmon and got what look like a fish stick, my boyfriend ordered chicken alfredo and broccoli oh, they have plenty of broccoli but forgot to put the chicken in there. So again the service was good the food was poor

The server was fantastic and kept the refills coming and made sure everybody was happy. They had vegetarian options(pasta ask for without chicken) and the food was okay but not the best. The caramel blonde for the desert was a satisfying way to end your meal

Our dinner was amazing and the drink special was so good. We had a great time. The Fiesta Lime Chicken is the best.

Went in there and was greeted right away was there with my mom. I got the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. My other party got half order of baby back ribs. The meal was excellent. The Bourbon Street chicken is not spicy and very tasty

There was a very abbreviated menu during the time of the pandemic... I simply got a chicken Caesar salad. It was decent ... But that didn't really matter a whole lot as I was there with friends mostly for the beer. However, the bartender did not seem to be attentive to the bar patrons. Not a horrible experience... But no reason to go back.
